Phase 4
For the next three weeks you gradually add carbs and sugars back into your diet.
*Make sure you drink at least half your body’s weight in water daily.

Phase 1
On the first day that you take your HCG you “Load” (Be sure to eat as much fat as you can stand). This helps you beat your hunger on the first couple of days of Phase 2Phase 2
For at least 23 days you take your HCG and follow a strict diet of 500 caloriesPhase 3
For the first two days you follow the 500 cal plan. On day three you increase your calories to at least 1200 and 1500 every day there after. You are putting fats back into your diet. No Carbs, No Sugar. (Stevia or Truvia are that will not affect your losses.Phase 4
