Incredible Shrinking Waist Group
I just formed a group called Incredible Shrinking Waist Group on Facebook.

This group is for people interested in making their waist slimmer through waist training using a waist trimmer, cincher or corset. We will share our stories and successes. We will share information and coach each other. Most of all we will Cheer each other on. If you are new to waist training and want to learn more about it, join us. If you are a pro and have tips that you believe may help others, join us. If you've been thinking about trying it and never got started, join us.
We will be posting progress notes, pictures and videos. But most of all we will be working together towards a common goal.
