Happy New Year!!!! Welcome to 2015!






I will be doing the 21 day Paleo Challenge starting on 1/5/14


After staring several HCG rounds and not being able to successfully stick to protocol. I have decided to take a break from HCG and try the 21 Day Paleo challenge.

 Paleo a way of eating that dates back to the cave-man times when all humans ate was meat, greens and berries. Also the meats that we ate grazed from the same greens and berries that we ate and were not pumped up full of chemicals and growth hormones. You give up; Sugar, processed foods, carbs, dairy, and oils. Sound familiar to all my HCGer’s out there. It is pretty much the same foods being allowed on both plans. Paleo allows more food choices, and does not require the injections that HCG requires. You are also allowed to exercise and build muscle with the Paleo plan. Paleo is not thought of as a diet, but a way of eating.


My goal with doing the 21 day challenge is to allow myself to reset how I eat, and make all of the bad food choices I have been making become a thing of the past. They say it takes 21 days to make a repeated action a habit, and right now I need to conjure up all the new good eating habits I can.  Hopefully I will be able find my willpower and keep it up.
