Well I'm all set to start a new round. I ordered my new Hcg, needles, bac water etc and as soon as they arrive I will start back on proticol. Before I begin, I have decided to get used to eating only the foods that are allowed on protocol. I'll post the food list in a future blog. I also have to take my starting measurements. As many of you who have dieted before know, inches may be more important than lbs. I found that even after I did my last round of Hcg, I still was losing inches and my clothes were becoming even more loose than at the end of my last round. I purchased a new pair of sneakers so that I can start walking. The Hcg protocol does not require exercise, I can attest that I dropped four sizes without doing any exercising. What I've read about doing the Hcg protocol states that you should not begin a new exercise routine, but you can continue one you have been doing all along. I have about two weeks before my supplies arrive, so I want to start walking now. I am also going to take the time to read my hcg bible " HCG Weight Loss Cure Guide" by Linda Prinster. This is the book that got me through my first weight loss journey. It has been three years since I made that journey, I'm sure there have been many great books written on the topic since then.
