One of the side effects of being not being very mobile for six months is your legs become weak from non-usage. Although I can walk regularly again I have noticed that I have lost some range of motion in my left foot. This is the foot that was most affected by the plantar faciitis. Also and most noticeable, my legs are stiff and weak and bother me if I have been sitting for a long period of time.
I have never been a big fan of exercise, which is why I am so successful at the Hcg diet, there is no exercise needed. In fact its frowned upon. But I do need to do something to strengthen both my legs and my arms. I found several videos that I believe will help me reach my intended goal.
