Load day 1. today is load day one and I weighed in at 247.6. I plan on cycling since this is what worked for me before. For those of you who are not familiar with the term, cycling is when you take hcg for the entire round then instead of going into phase three ( the maintainance phase) you go straight into re-loading and do another phase two cycle. This works best for me because I am a self admited carboholic and soda addict. Once I get on a roll and get my food demons at bay I need to keep rolling for as long as I can before re- introducing them to my life. The method of Hcg that I favor are injections, so I will continue to use that method. I do however keep a bottle of drops in my bag in case there is a hectic morning and I forget my injections.
Since we are not supposed to incorporate any exercise routines, I will continue to take my milelong walks with my dog King. I will post a picture of King later since I will be speaking of him alot. he is my eight month old Pit Bull that I love to pieces. He will be taking this journey with me and will be spoken of on this blog alot. He is my baby. I also have two kids, a son 14 and a daughter 22.
Well as I was saying its load day, what to eat, what to eat. I know I will be making my bread pudding muffins. My son has requested them. As you know I have been off vlcd for two years, the last time I did this my brother Vincent (RIP) did all the cooking for the kids and I was abe to avoid the kitchen all together other than to get my 500 calorie mels together. this time around I have to wing it myself.
