While on the HCG diet, how are you telling people you are losing weight?

The HCG weight loss plan has been a god send to me. It is the first diet that I can follow and have not only managed to lose sixty pounds, but keep the weight off during  my maintenance period. But lets face it, if you have not done your research and are not familiar with Dr. Simeons Protocol, the whole thing seems a bit peculiar. When people ask me how I am losing all the weight I tell them that I have given up sugar and carbs. Now while this may be 100% truthful, those of you on the HCG diet know that it is not the whole truth. Giving up sugar and carbs are a big part of phase 2 and 3 of the HCG protocol but it is not the whole story.

I just don't feel like going through all the drama that comes with trying to explain this diet to people who have not read up on it. I already know that questions that i will be asked; 500 calories,  How do you survive on 500 calories?     What is Dr Simeons Protocol? How are you doing this without a doctor?    Where do you get the HCG? Shots-VS-Drops-VS-pellets...etc. Then there are the family and friends who are naysayers who because they don't understand or agree with what you are doing, are gonna act like you are doing something crazy. Last but not least lets not count out the Haters., because yes there are haters out there who just don't want to see you get back your sexy, self confidant self. No sense lying it is what it is.

I have several friends who I have told about the diet. I have several friends who have started the diet as well. But for the most part I am not telling everyone about the HCG diet. How about you? What are you telling your friends and family? I welcome all comments and stories.
